PRENATAL EDUCATION
Childbirth educators provide parents with evidenced information and the tools required to make the best decisions for themselves so that they can achieve a positive birthing experience.
We offer Prenatal Classes and Spinning Babies® Parent Classes in various locations throughout Ontario, Canada. In addition, we offer online parent workshops (coming soon), which means parents can learn in the comfort of their own home.
PRENATAL CONSULTING
Prenatal consultants are knowledgeable of the prenatal, childbirth and postpartum period and can facilitate the process of preparing for the arrival of a new baby. Prenatal Consultants help parents navigate decisions by offering education, guidance and support.

Expectant parents receive an Individualized Parent Plan (IPP) through their Thoughtful Beginnings Prenatal Consultation.

Passionate about helping parents on their journey through pregnancy, birth, and beyond, Kay Nicole founded Thoughtful Beginnings. Thoughtful Beginnings provides prenatal, birth and postnatal education and consulting to new and expectant parents online and in-person in Ontario, Canada.

Kay Nicole B.Ed is a Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educator, and Prenatal Consultant. She believes that prenatal, birth and postpartum experiences matter and that thoughtful decisions should always take place.
